For large appliances such as Range, Habitat for Humanity is an excellent resource.Home Depot/Hughes and Lowes are good for only few things.

I'm more worried about the owner of the property getting sued for something that happens in relationship to that property (e.g., a tenant gets hurt and comes to sue the owner).

He has some excellent points about the power of paying off debt and some of the advantages of it.
