I don't think it's very profitable and even less given the risk.That would leave you with the classic that most foreign investors do: short-term rentals.

(You can do it with STRs, and Airbnb is mostly what I'm seeing with my investor clients.)But we were breaking even with our first two or three rentals in Denver as well that we bought between 2015 and 2017.

@Connor Hailey only you can decide the tradeoff between:An agent that doesn't own rentals and thus is limited on how much they can truly assist you.vs.An agent that owns rentals and can probably save you a lot of money, but may be competing slightly with you.

I am now re-evaluating if I should even sell, although I have enough equity to get debt free and buy another property as an owner occupied and create a rental like I did here if I sell.
