Today’s residential construction in many areas ends up as essentially a cardboard box covered with cheap stucco that will bleed you white with constant maintenance issues because most of the time the construction won’t be “professional”.

Because there is still construction going on for essential buildings (i.e. hospitals) so they wont get to use this clause flat out for everything but if their supply chain gets disrupted then they would.

I want to make sure im covering myself in this transaction.We are meeting tomorrow to go over paper work for a lender, i dont know what paperwork we are filling out but its the basic ssn and income.Sounds like they are trying to loop all of us (5 familys ) on one loan?

The Fed is essentially buying 90% of those securities now to make sure rates still follow the path of treasuries/libor which is down or flat.Unless this truly becomes a 4 to 8 month shut down, uncertainty has peak and the biggest discounts are right now.
