It may not make much of a difference, but I was wondering which emphasis would benefit me more, finance (with 2 elective 'real estate' classes) or management (managing a team).

How do you guys think this 2020 Election will impact the overall USA housing market?

I'm concerned and excited about the Election this year. 

The house cash flows well at $165k but, I am not looking forward to putting nearly $20k of work in a house mostly to fix poor elect and contractor issues.
