However, I am here drinking coffee and awaiting breakfast while they are scurrying about taking care of 10s of items. 

I am also an introvert, so these things are difficult, but once I get to know 1-2 people in a room (or get a few drinks in me 😬), I'm good. 

If the place is empty, it is probably easier for them and they can use different chemicals then if it has people's belongings in it. 

I'm in recovery, haven't had a drink in 3.5 years. 

Now I don't feel comfortable at home anymore, I'm afraid that my roommate will harm/destroy my personal belongings, I'm afraid for my safety in a way, my gut feeling tells me to be weary of him.

Sometime later, I found the sign belonged to a customer of mine, and he was ranting and raving about someone turning him in.

I belong to a wholesaling FB group that has yet to yield anything that I have used as there is a lot of subscribers. 

They have yet to come gather their belongings which consists of cloths, misc stuff, furniture and 2 vehicles in the garage.
