Also, if you install coin op washer/dryer then you will be paying to do your laundry in your own house which doesn't seem to make much sense.

To the OP's question:  I think the freeze-out with Disney is going to be a long one.  

Houses, Townhomes, Multi-family, Condos/Co-ops and Apartments.

NY and Co ops is an example of that. 

Look at lot splits, co-ops (TIC), converting non-living space (workshops, out buildings, etc) to ADU, mixed use (retail/residential), converting non residential to residential (I know of someone that recently converted a church to residential but office space is currently battered (cheap)).

My 3/2.5 townhome in OP went from $137k when I bought it in 2016 to $180k today through no action of my own.

First two comments telling OP to check for zoning in a city that has no zoning...Susan, your best best is to reach out to a local architect / builder. 

OP- I have automated messages that send right when they book, three days before check in, morning after first night, night before checkout.
