I can't mention the product without the moderators getting in a twist, but I Kidde you not, they are a great product.No "Kidde"ing, it's OK to mention a good experience with a product, by name, so long as you have no financial interest in the product, aren't directing someone to their website, or otherwise promoting them :)

@Benjamin Furney Plenty of the more hyped markets have seen an incredible run up in prices and the number of STR properties, making it much harder to make the ‘20% cash on cash’ return that has been heavily promoted.

I hand out biz cards too and have found them very handy for promoting our places.

Houston is a great market, so much demand and so much diversity, there is almost any type of asset class you can imagine.

Posting it here you won't get that as BP rules prohibit advertising and self promotion anywhere other than the BP Marketplace so I'd imagine you'll want to get this same thread going on over there as well.

It reminds me of our area -- a growing population, diverse economy, tech money coming in, tons of things to do, sunny skies.

Thanks for your feedback, Trust + LLC is an interesting concept often promoted, but seems like overkill for a small fish like me.

So I know at least it will promote to renters aggressively.
