in April I posted a rental vacancy with Zillow. They kept loosing the pictures. I ended up renting to some one who saw my street sign. In June I posted a condo for sale and had several conflicting events with the property not being posted. Then a scammer posted it twice as vacation rental on Craigslist, owner of Zillow. although you have to proof ownership to them. In November I posted another rental and they constantly lost the applicants information, although they had already paid for the back ground check. After I found a tenant I took the listing off, but still received application, because they did not unlist it for several days. It seems they are scamming both applicants and landlords for the fees.

@Betty Klein Simply using Facebook marketplace is a fabulous way to get your rental listing out there! I know many landlords who are using that right now, and it seems to be working.
