@Matt Honeyford I'd do the reverse engineering and look for the companies myself by:1) searching on BP for marketing companies specializing in RE or more specifically in flipping2) searching on Google for marketing companies specializing in RE or more specifically in flipping3) asking at local networking events for recommendations4) going to large RE conferences (NYC has a ton) and talking to marketing vendors there5) I will give you a name of someone who does real estate marketing in general

As long as it is solid hardwood...or engineered with an actual hardwood wear layer that can be refinished, the sand off the old varnish and some of the wood and then put new coats on.
