The OP had clearly stated the concern with wiring, and further, had justification to enter the house to inspect the potential for dangerous conditions.

It is good to get a cheap price, but at a certain point this becomes dangerous.  

So what happens if the landlord's insurance doesn't allow dangerous breeds like german shepards, but the tenant wants a german shepard as an ESA.
