Mark, we meet all your qualifications, have done 28 flips to date and 7 more working on currently, so Inwould qualify if I were in CO.Angela, you would be surprised at the people who sell at a steep discount for instance probates that are full authority no court confirmation needed, and the families just want to sell the property to pay off creditors, and then divide the money amongst the heirs.

thanks all, not soliciting the SSN directly is working great; i have yet to see if these services like acutraq and experianconnect will furnish the SSN in their furnishing of the applicants' credit reports to me and meanwhile i'm looking into getting my own standalone credit checking as a PM although for now for my employer's clientelle i use tht firm's for those clientelle (i'd never use the firm's credit check software for my own applicants!)

My own background is in high-tech, and although I don't agree with a lot of the brainwashing they make you endure during 4 years of university (and afterwards in industry), I will have to say that becoming an engineer/software developer is one of the best majors you can graduate with because you get a lot of "bang for your buck".

If it was easy we would all be rich from real estate.They will want you to call all of your credit cards to increase the available limits so you can pay for the "training".They have a software that is free for the first 6 months.

Buying a place for 30 that's worth 40 and then having to fix it seems like a bad deal...but some more numbers would help confirm or disprove that initial gut reaction.
