I've found some decent homes costing roughly $1.25 per sq. foot around Salt Lake county, and also found some much better-priced homes with MIL's in Toole/Stansbury Park.

I see comps are running about 100 bucks a sq ft and this is a 1500sq foot place so I was looking at pulling out 140K.

Once that child reaches the age of 2 they exceed my occupancy limit and I would not renew you or extend their lease on that unit.if you have a set, written policy in advance, it is much easier to enforce when the situation arises.

We are a young couple (early 30s), have mortgages on every property, and don't have the capital to let houses sit empty for months and her initial pitch as a single mom with one child was preferable to us.Eventually, even though we use a standard lease agreement, the lady didn't want to sign the contract and we mutually decided to go our separate ways a couple days before the move in date.
