Estimating costs of a flip
I am in the process of trying to purchase my first flip and am applying for a construction loan. The bank is requiring a description of what I will be doing and cost of the project.
When rehabbing a house, do you calculate out your costs or use a specific dollar amount per sqft to estimate (i.e. $15 to $20/sqft)?
