Add in that it's a rural area, there is going to be even more difficulty.Just curious, your insurance guy, are they a broker or one of the captive agent companies (ex: farmers, st farm, allstate, etc.)?

Im looking into the possibility to bring from china finish materials, like cabinets (I know is hard due to tariff on this one), countertops, basin, sinks, light fixtures, toilets, LVP, tile, fans and others.Any word of wisdom about this idea?
