I fund the wild men stage one guys.. which makes my ride interesting. mid 60s  still working hard  most of our assets are paid for.. with the exception of our building projects but those are only levered to about 50 to 55%As investors and especially private money lender type activity we do . thats something we will do as long as we are mentally capable.
