However, there is always the SOMETHING NEW twists to many transactions - but you learn and gain knowledge.Biggest stumbling block for most agents is generating business.

I know a LOT of homes there were investor owned.Since you are from there, you obviously know that Baltimore is one of those cities where the neighborhoods can change quickly from one block to the next.

Ask if they have any CDBG funds available (Community Development Block Grants) these are used in economic development and can be used for SFD rehabs.

It's the most expensive property on the block.

It's a South Florida beach town and my building is in the best area in town, one block off of the intracoastal.
