.- Watersense or other water conservation methods with showerheads (the biggest drain on water bills other than leaks and loos) are often cheap and easy ways to reduce the bill with little to no impact on the tenants' lives.- LLC name can be anything you want, but I'd certainly think purchasing this and holding title as an LLC makes sense for a 14-plex.

Probably the biggest thing they do is negotiate the contract: not just Th e price but all the terms making sure the buyer has exit clauses and meets all the deadlines for those clauses.

However, I was advised to create an LLC and visit the branch in Florida in-person to make the account for the LLC to conduct bank transactions online.The downside to that is, recently I found out that my country (Trinidad and Tobago) is on a blacklist and several banks aren't allowed to conduct transactions with my country.
