Is there a software I can download that would allow me to do this?

I'm originally from London, UK and have been here for 2 years.I have a automated freight business here in the US and one in the UK, I have always been interested in real estate but thought I needed thousand$ in capital to get started, until I found out about wholesaling.I have been reading up about this for sometime now and are ready to go, so if anybody can ping some suggestion it would be much appreciated.just 1 quick question i'm a little unsure of.

Depends on the software being used by the person putting on the webinar.  

Be aware that they do not do traditional appraisals, it all depends on what the automated value system they use says.  

If you want to run a real estate business (or any business, for that matter), I highly recommend taking courses that will help you learn how to start, manage and automate businesses.

You can quickly send out 'charges' at the beginning of the month (I'm working on automating this), and they can easily pay from a smartphone or laptop.

I'd like to try automating the process with my new tenants.
