Having an access code (whether is it key code, a token on our phone, etc) does not grant the authority to create additional codes or delegate access to others.

Your best bet would be to contact the governing authorities directly in the geographic market you are interesting in purchasing your first property.

They needed the big bad landlord authority figure to come in and tell them both to behave like adults or they would be out, and to make them both believe that would be a terrible long-term outcome with bad knock-on consequences.The banging on the doors, the cursing, in PA that would be assault and terroristic threats.

The Magistrate gave me both a Capias (civil arrest warrant) and an Execution (authorization for a Sheriff or Constable to seize and liquidate assets to satisfy the judgement).I gave my debtor a drop-dead date by  which I would have both he and his wife civilly arrested at work.Surprise!
