(IMHO it seems like lead paint is only a danger if you're doing activities that lead to paint particles in the air - .e.g, wall demolition, etc.)

Replacing 6 patio doors he disturbed and released asbestos to the air- he also did repairs to the ceiling which contains asbestos in the popcorn- the air test (as well as samples of the drywall and the ceiling) have been made and it is positive, all of them contain asbestosBasically this will increase the cost of renovation quite a bit.

Since most people in my asset class I’ve never owned a home they need a little assistance so us doing quarterly maintenance inspections to ensure that the air filters are changed that the battery to the smoke alarms is working in the smoke alarms work and there is no ongoing issues or damage to the property intentional or accidental.

Between that and the normal electricity costs in summer (mostly from running the air conditioning) it can result in a very high electric bill.Repair - resurfacing the pool deck, the inside of the pool itself, and also system repairs can become quite costly.I understand that the tenant will be required to pay for some of the monthly costs (such as the electric bill), but keep in mind that it could deter some tenants.
