I can't imagine investing in a strip mall or apartment complexes, and can barely imagine investing in a hotel/motel, but MH has proven itself to me over and over again.

They didn't want to Invest with me in a property that barely cashflowed and the Price was Astronomical.However, one of my friend, Stan, did see that it has it's merit.

If you must sell, renting would be the best option but bare in mind; it is difficult to find landlords who will allow 4 big dogs and a low credit score will be an issue as well (at least it is in my area).
