This is why investing in Central OH real estate is a smart move for some investors.According to the Columbus Board of Realtors housing Report there were 3,987 central Ohio homes and condos put on the market during the month of April, a 15.2 percent increase over March and a 7.4 percent gain over April 2014.

Tubs are good for washing babies, dogs, hand laundry, and lots of other stuff, and unless you are going all out with high-end custom showers with built-in seating, glass doors and the like, I predict it will put you at a competitive disadvantage. 

If the only issue is the odor, I would use Simple Solution or Nature's Miracle, both found at Pet Smart.  

Just be smart in what you buy and how long you want to keep the properties, I'm a buy and hold investor.

But I have the same experience no one picks up live and no one returns the call or if they do its 5 days later and I can't remember who they are etc.What is totally missing on BP and many of other social sites is talk about specifics on how to actually follow up and sales skills   ( what do I say when someone calls and I am a nervous wreck getting my first call)  not just read from a script.. great salesmen will out perform the book smart most all the time.

Nasty issue is the curved glass windows are impossible to replace. 

Currently, I am trying to build my real estate IQ to make smart investments into some multi-family homes or possibly SFH in the near future.Beyond purchasing my primary residence I have no first hand experience on real estate investing and would love to learn more.
