The average usually gets better as your skills get better ie negotiations, people skills and marketing techniques.

I have talked to a lot of "note finders" over the years and have talked to a couple that actually get it and have the skills necessary to make it in the note business.

With the same persistence, and the improvement of my confidence and skills, I expect that to improve.

Right now prices are artificially inflated on many properties due to a slight shortage.

Maybe they are too busy, or maybe they are just not skilled at converting a FSBO.

The landlord, if truly screaming without provocation from tenant, has poor customer service skills and that's his problem or his businesses problem now that you no longer live there.

The moral of the story is, always document the work to be completed and the price in an SOW.Just because you ‘can’ do it doesn’t mean you ‘should’ do itI’ve developed some skills over the years and I applied many of them during this project, but it took its toll on me after a while.

If you get your property analysis skills nailed down and ensure you have good deals, you shouldn't have to look very hard for buyers. 

Consider yourself lucky, because more than half of the population don't have your skills or know anything about real estate.

Hopefully that skill will come in handy on this real estate adventure too!
