Standard heloc cost on a 100k @ 5%, 10 year term(int and principle)= 67k in interest.  

Short term rentals in the past on lakes in this area have done very well, but things have changed post covid, interest rates rising etc.

So if we were given 30 days notice we could turn on our marketing, screen applicants and almost always dovetail  the new tenant’s move-in to within a few days of the old tenant exiting.  

I've listed on TenantCloud and am managing leads on there.

I have lived in both places but if comparing price and travel time I don't know which one to decide on.
