Nobody who knows these people would consider them ignorant. 2012 and 2013 I also wholesaled two properties to my buyers agent-Realtor, who rehabbed and sold them, hes not exactly a slouch either, won top 30 under 30 award nationally a couple years ago, his team is the top volume agent in the county@Wayne Brooks said ... ......This is why you have to find ignorant and or desperate sellers for your business to work.All these properties mentioned above were purchased from banks.
