when the big one hit the SF bay area in 89 along with the war.. real estate tanked in SF.. but not sure it was because of lending.

Hello,Does anyone know any handymen in the Tampa Bay Area that does flooring, bathrooms, etc?

Affordability is a big challenge in the bay area but I'd really like to start local so I can be hands-on while I'm learning. 

I know if you laid this scenario out for me in the SF bay area  many investors would have gotten insanely rich doing this. 

Ive also looked into wholesaling but being in the San Francisco Bay Area wholesailing is high unlikely.
