Account Closed have not heard that one.. the poor Chinese they are blamed for everything .. first dry wall ... then faulty parts now they are nuking the public with their radio active granite LOL... not sure how you can have radio active granite as its stone.I understand dry wall and chemicals in the flooring like lumber liquidators but I got to think granite is OK.. but there is cheap granite from India as well. those are probably laced with curry

The amount you need to wash off the panels depends a lot on the location, if you live somewhere dry and dusty, they'll need to be washed off pretty regularly, but if it rains and snows where you are that will get off the dirt, except in those really dry and dusty climates, it's not generally that big of an issue.

The reason I am curious to find out the rehab cost per Sq ft is to come up with a decent enough guesstimate when analyzing properties.Assuming the property needs New Roof, HVAC, Carpets , Some dry wall, paint, Kitchen remodel.. etc.
