My lender called it an "all hands on deck" situation.Also if you wanted the seller to do or complete any repairs before closing, it's going to be hard to get contractors out to do those so you might have to settle on a credit instead (which can be better if you can get the work done cheaper - though then you have to manage it of course, instead of just having it be done).Closings aren't happening face to face any more; many are "document closings", where the parties come in at different times and sign things separately.

If the Broker is offering a third party lead gen/crm tool then that's a different story, that way you can still transfer your leads into your own crm if you happen to leave that broker.
