Fatco insures title.. not sure they insure procedures of the office.. but I don't really know.We had one today in Baltimore I funded and I made the call and personally verified.. then I had another one I funded today in Philly same thing we got a tilt  the wire instructions that came with the funding package were different than the wire instructions that we have successfully used on 20 plus closings with that company.. so I called them and said money is going to the one we know works.. one needs to be ever diligent..

I would rather do a 40 year loan if I could and pay it off at my own discretion.

A low cost internet connection through your local ISP (internet Service provider) can provide a low cost internet package (looking for upwards of 5Mb per second plans) to stream decent quality content.As for providing an actual Netflix subscription, I personally feel that it isn't needed as people who want to use it have their own account.

So, the LLC (land and first cash injection) could be responsible for the visioning session, the marketing package etc.
