Take Construction classes whenever/wherever you can, even those ones on Saturday at Home Depot have a lot of value.

I just went to Home Depot and bought this kit for $60.  

Bean Group, Better Homes & Gardens, VHB (small, but strong local group) and EXP and a solo practitioner in a small town. 

In the long run you need to look at the property figure out what needs to be done, add up the amount materials you will need go to Home Depot and see how much it is going to cost.

Wasn’t too bad but in retrospect I would have probably just rented a small jackhammer from Home Depot which would have made it significantly easier.

And another said he hired a landscape gardener vs a lawn maintenance person and started watering the grass. 

The units are 2 story garden style(1,2, & 3 BD RM).  

Chances are good that by the time you're done taking down the wallpaper, the plaster will be ready to go as well.Otherwise, I stand by my old tactic of a garden sprayer with a lethal combination of water and industrial-grade paint remover, sprayed on nice and thick after running over the wallpaper with a tiger claw.

My husband made a copy of the door key for him at Home Depot, so he wouldn't have to do that later, and we agreed to have the job started tomorrow, once he sends us a copy of the license and we pay the deposit.
