But there isn't any software program out there (except QuickBooks)  that will allow us to CUSTOMIZE it personally for our Industry, or for US personally. 

Sometimes the background data is delivered to Cozy (and other screening companies) automatically, and other times, a real person has to search through physical file cabinets to find and report on the results.

I can see a little bit of the cabinets underneath and I'm guess these were not clean tenants.

They aren't interested in any SEO or other things that typically come with creating and maintaining a website.Since the site I created (realtorlanding.com) is more geared towards newer realtors that fit the description above, it can't be very custom, but it can be cheap, quick, and good-looking which may be what certain realtors need, especially those who are starting out.If anyone has any feedback on this site, I would love to hear why you think you would or wouldn't like this service.Thanks!

I bought a fireproof filing cabinet.

I let one tenant upgrade their faucet, cabinet knobs, electrical outlets and switches and when it came time to finally move out they wanted more for the the replaced items then it cost in the store. 

The majority of customers are happy but of course you only hear from unhappy ones online.
