Everyone thinks that their way is the only way and many forget we are in a membership trying to help each other out.Diane, there is a lot of nonsense on BP just like in any learning platform but there are golden nuggets and truths buried in some of that nonsense. 

I found they didn't have the technology platform I wanted as the big guys, and they didn't have the branches/atm network.

Also, Airbnb already requires a photo id and verifies the guests identity before they can use the platform.

They will also have access to newer platforms that will allow them to make deals and interact with clients cross country or even across the world. 

It is truly such a great learning platform.

This is a great platform to learn about flips and more and meet fellow investors. 

Other service platforms, such as Yardi, do not make money off of their listing services...it is a value add for their larger business, the property management software business. 

We have worked very hard to create an educational platform for this event that will benefit hundreds of investors in all areas and experience levels.So what’s on the horizon for 2018?
