You'll never go broke taking a profit and as long as that profit continues to come in, you can keep building your portfolio.

If they are saying that it broke on its own, then they are likely going to be unhappy if you ask them to fix it and it could create animosity and a more tenuous relationship.

It was in need of a complete rehab and we put another $23K into it which included adding a bedroom and bathroom in the walkout basement before renting it to a nice young couple and their three little girls in May 2020.
