Hello all,I just purchased my third rental property this year, a 3 bed 2 bath half duplex, and called my usual insurance company for another policy.

I thought if I bought in this neighborhood there would be very little I could do to force appreciation, much less make it a better place for someone to live.

So I just took the jump, and went on the ride.My offer was never accepted, and chances are your first wont be the one that's accepted too, but that first offer I made and just forcing myself to do it made me comfortable and got me over analysis paralysis.Hopefully you can take something from that :DManuel
