Hey @Jeffrey Gibbs   I saw earlier today where you had posted a similar remark in one of the other older posts from Waco and I had intended to ask you where you were at. 

I am going to factor that into the asking price, the homes are older and with the 2 being uninhabitable to factor that into the offer.

I have also been entertained with the thought of doing a joint venture with a more seasoned investor who has the money if I bring the deal.  

Or should i refinance after the period of seasoning into a conventional mortgage?

What I would like is someone located in the Baltimore area who is a seasoned investor who wouldn't mind taking on a new bird dog; NOT just to find you properties, but to train him on what it takes to become a successful investor. 

Also a specific item stating that there was no adjustment for appreciation for the comps that are older than 6 months (which 4 out of the 6 were older).

I feel like a lot of investors in the Bay Area are keeping a close eye on the 2016 Spring season..

However, that season wasn’t all bad.

Any seasoned veterans out there with good suggestions and maybe even some good hookups as far as financing projects?
