I ALWAYS have separate pros inspect the roof, HVAC, structural (if something is seen that warrants it), sewer main (or, septic, including separate sewer scope for drainfield AND perk test), and water well (bacteria and pump flow, etc.), if not on public water. 

To warrant the effort in my mind requires a return or at least a couple hundred a month per unit (so $400 positive cash flow for 2 units). 

A lot of condos are considered "un-warrantable" which means that less than 50% of the units are owner occupied.

Work with everyone first if the situation is genuine and warrants it. 

Some of the calls to action are more warranted than others, and this will get more and more radical if the virus resists control.

I had waited to take the loan but had tenant issues pop up and contractor issues and decided that the uncertainty was warranted. 

We will go back to an owner a second time or more if warranted, but to state that up front would likely turn our landlords into financial resources rather than just a helping hand.

They could easily get into crash crunch and have to restructure under bankruptcy laws....or issue warrant to the US government that would dilute the current shareholders. 

Let me ask you another way - If you were the double agent and your buyer was dragging their feet and not hitting the deadlines - do you think the full commission is still warranted?
