what was the strategy you are focusing on?

As the market evolves we've intensified our commitment to helping investors focus only on listings that are eligible for vacation rental usages and either; have exceptional existing production or high potential for rental performance.

One of our firm's areas of focus here in Detroit is scalability and repeatability for our clients. 

Perhaps they'll finally hint at a timeline during the meeting, although the agenda is focused on hearing public comment. 

from my advice rural properties and developments aren't successful and you are climbing an uphill battle. sounds a little niche. we focus on developing and not reinventing the wheel. if this is truly what you want to focus all your time and energy on then visit the closest 5-10 of these that look like the ones you are interested and ask if they'd expand or build a secondary one. do a lot of research before you just take action 

Focus on your own backyard 1st if you can.    

There's no normal chosen focus or strategy. 

And you can definitely pay off your home faster if you focus on running all of your expenses through it and watch your expenses.

Make it part of your business model and focus on scaling vs managing.
