I came across eCornell University Cert Program and saw two programs that stood out for me, Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development. 

It's just a regular purchase and sale agreement with "and or assign" language and a marketing clause.

@Sheri Rolfe, generally speaking unless the buyer has violated the terms of the contract in a way that allows you to terminate it or unless there is specific language allowing you to terminate it then no you should not be able to.

that makes a huge difference most of the PPM's I see have clear language that says its risky and you can lose all your money.. 

I few, such as some of the smaller rural counties, plus Lee County (Auburn University) and Houston County (Dothan) still use the old system.Under the old system, investors bid up the auction price.
