It means neither accountant sees the big picures with full transparency and it can make it a little hard for planning and such. 

Monthly updates and reporting is best and transparency is key.

I'm not chasing after her for buyers - there are plenty of buyers in the world who want good deals and an agent (me) who is worth their salt in honesty, transparency, and the work they say they'll put into partnering with them.  

Btw, if there're any concerns about transparency and trust - it's best to not do business together.

Transparency is key, not all landlords are comfortable with this arrangement but many see the advantages of working with professionals who are able to maintain the properties at higher standards than with long term leases.

Of course this is a bit more transparent approach, and likely works better in smaller communities. 

Other nations - including the Chinese - trust our efforts are more transparent than much of the rest of the world.
