The big topic at this years CES electronic trade show is home automation and how it is becoming more standard and affordable.  

I was clear in the ad that I wasn't looking for hand outs or free money. 

I'm not asking for a handout just help and info to get started.

Do you all do a questionnaire handout or have web pages for your REIAs? 

You hand out your note doc to the lenders days before your closing so they can read:  "all or some of your investment may be lost.  

Send out mailers, hand out business cards, create an investment company and build  it's reputation are all ways to start.  

Mingle with the bidders and hand out business cards.Our mentor suggested we should do that too, so we'll be hitting some sheriff sales soon!

We do that before we will hand out any keys for the exact reason you made this post.
