If you want your food business to thrive and not just survive week to week then it takes much, much more for success.I have been all capacities from worker, to assistant manager, to manager, to an owner in the food industry.  

It is just not possible (although it does keep our expert witness/consulting business thriving). 

And there are other people, who thrive on competition.

A lot of people have spent far too much effort trying to define just "what" is a co-working atmosphere and "where" such a space would thrive.

Conversely, when vacancies occur in the residential apartments above, the store at the street level is thriving and revenues can offset a loss in rental revenues.

Your wholesale business will thrive or die based on your ability to generate leads.

The fact people used to live in an area doesn't necessarily mean that area will once again thrive.  

@David Neely You should move to the dmv area , plenty of jobs and a thriving economy especially for those coming out of the military!
