Inspections always led to more items that should have been done already, Just a little more money each time they would say...should I threaten to get an attorney?

The title lady indicated it's a serious matter and she's subject of informing new buyers about the HOA and requested I drop of payment and made mentioned - the HOA is threatening to place a lien on the joke with new buyers .

Ugly because the listing agent did not supply the documents and information we had requested in the inspection resolution, and when I called to ask for them and tell her we would not be closing until we had received them, she unleashed a torrent of venom on me, accusing me of being unethical, not acting in good faith, threatening to report me to the board, etc.In her defense, we had asked for them to be provided at closing, but it was an hour before, and she still had not provided them.

My concern is that if we wait until she leaves on her own accord as she threatened, and we end up needing her out faster she will be able to say we are being retaliatory.

I'm going back in couple weeks and want to know how to gain entry....hes claiming his disabled son is  afraid and threatened by me (eye roll) again, never said a thing to son and I live in florida and haven't been at house since i gave them the keys..
