Seems like this guy has a good thing going, just didn't adapt with technology though at all.

It was amazing to see the history behind the company and how far we have come in technology.

You can find China already using some interesting technology to lay bricks.

That is not the reason they are not paying unless they are very elderly and not great with technology.
