Awesome to see a new investor-minded person here.. do you have a favorite real estate success story already?

I am looking for some feedback from others on their success/feedback on unique STR properties.

I wouldn't even waste money on it. my friend has had astroblaster since it started early 23' and in the hole with no success yet.

Always research local regulations before investing.The Importance of a Local Investment TeamA knowledgeable local team is essential for success.

I think they will continue to see success in their niche but they should be careful about letting these issues become too commonplace.  

I then decided to modify my criteria to look for deals that were 50+ units and found that I had much more success in that space because most credible bigger buyers aren't looking at deals that are smaller than 100 units. 

If you're having success with stocks and real estate seems risky, then it's probably best to stick with stocks until you know what you're doing with real estate.
