I hadn't heard anything about that and it didn't seem like something I would want so I kind of poo pooed it but maybe I should reconsider.I also know him decently well, he is one of my best clients for my full-time gig so I don't think he'd do me dirty.

Now, I understand why they adopt "no pet" policies and have already been stunned at the horror stories (and visuals) I've seen.

I would be stunned if you pulled that off.

This particular laminate has beveled edges and looks quite stunning for the price in person.  

Whether it is a stunning, updated move in ready home or the home of a hoarder, as we know, there is a market. 

Or, things to make it at least functional until you can go to the store and get a better item - like, the tenant breaks the nice pendant light over the dining room table, so you install one of those $10 dome fixtures on the ceiling so they can see, and then go get a replacement pendant fixture on the weekend and install it.Some things, like toilet valves, outlets, switch plates, etc can always be obtained at Wal-Mart, 24 hours a day.

Go to the home show at the Tacoma dome with a clipboard and ask people for their addresses.
