I would check out the yellowbird facebook group, it's extremely active and focused on just Jacksonville and there will be people in the group that know the areas much better than me. 

A great place to start is www.ascsp.org, where you can find certified companies.Also, check out the credentials of the person doing the study.

If the prospect puts up a big wall and is dismissive about their record, that is more of a red flag than the record itself, but if they were straight forward and honest with me, I will know I can trust them.
