None of those people want to move frequently, I think families tend to move more because they become pressed to as kids outgrow certain things in the area (school, sports, friends) or new kids are added to the mix.

I don't know why people think that REI can possibly be a hands off sport - you are buying freaking toilets and tenants using them - how hands off do you think it can possibly be...?

Well you know how arson is just another sport in that city.. sure enough  one of his houses got torched it was vacant for 6 months insurance rejected his claim. he lost 60k right there.
