You have to dig a little deeper there are questions that need to be addressed and VOE's filled out with specifics in order to use certain incomes and "stipends".Similar to a traveling nurse who get housing, meals, and other income. 

You listed some of the benefits but you didn’t explain what you’re specifically trying to accomplish.

Also would you focus on a specific target market you are familiar with and know the comps like the back of your hand and have boots on the ground ?
