I'm coming up on my 4 year anniversary as a BP Pro member and I'm also closing my fourth rental purchase.

Basically keeping it as user friendly for the most people as possible and avoiding things like could be seen or taken as offensive to some (wine, wine openers, scented candles/soaps etc.) 

We're coming up on the 1 year anniversary of our first AirBnB, short-term rental. 

As this thread goes on, this sounds less and less like a concerned father trying to figure out what to do in a specific situation and more and more like a subplot on a Mexican soap opera.

You get a snapped key in a lock, I get soap operas and Greek drama and Three-Stooges farces.

.- Dishwasher: the tenant reported sometimes it leaves soap on dishes, but other than that it works fine.

The bank on the commercial side would be repricing at each 5 year anniversary (true 20/25 year maturity), based on the 5 year treasury plus a margin that would be assigned at closing.

Furnishings, towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, tv(s), etc can become very pricey.  

I thank you for this amazing example that I am now going to integrate with my REI Agent Advisor training program as it's the perfect poster child of everything wrong with this "segment" of persons, there propensity to need the center stage and grab every soap box opportunity regardless of capability or command of any coherent specific knowledge, experience or performance and even a step further, boasting of their ignorance and instilling the PC-socialist rules that since they are clueless all others must adhere to that low bar and not show them up for fear of dashing the "all are equal" chant railing over and over and over again. 

Magic erasers, dish soap, pine sol, WD40(slippery), any dollar store brand of floor cleaner.
