I'm a travel RN with a few flips under my belt, one commercial property that turned out well, and am looking to purchase a property in New Braunfels, Tx to live in for potentially 6 months out of the year.

I don't necessarily have the time for a reno/flip and I'm constantly travelling.

Relate to them based on where they might be traveling from, suggest a local hike/restaurant/attraction you like. 

I'm a travel nurse and have been sending applications via email.  

In my case the only two that apply are no smoking $300 violation fee and $125 lost elevator key fee.

Most importantly, is this worth not only $800.00, but is it worth my time to travel to this conference?

Tonight I broke open a bottle of Basil Hayen's Subtle Smoke and I will say it just over took BH Toasted as one of my Favs.  

We know the area pretty well and have a couple of friends in various medical fields that always talk about traveling medical professionals.

New Hampshire would be much easier to start with as a it is very drivable and they have winter and summer travel seasons.

It's a great opportunity to buy them because you can get a smoking deal....but trying to sell them is incredibly hard right now.
